How did you become a child of God? What did the others do to not be children of God? We gotta be truthful and not snowflakey. What did your children do to become your children? No child does something to become a child of a particular person. Jesus told us who God was when he said, when you pray say, Our Father which art in heaven. The lost may not know they are a child of God, or why they are a child of God, either way that child is lost and confused, but still very much a child. Jesus called them a child of the devil because they were following their outward man in hatred of him and their murderous intent. They were following the flesh. Jesus called Peter Satan. God is a spirit, he is the father of everyone's spirit, which he'll awaken in his time. We are eternal, Jesus Christ is the record of it . We come to earth to experience death so we'll know the value of being eternal. The whole thing couldn't be more perfect.

You telling me you got to decide to be a child of God, kinda like the trannies deciding to be opposite gender? You are God's child because you are spirit born of his spirit. Your flesh is also born of flesh not because you decided to be born, it was what your parents did, not what you do. Same with God, we are his children because we are born from him, our spirit. We can only believe a reliable source about whose children we are. Jesus told us that we are God's children, that he is OUR Father. We are all born of him.
My daughter was in a car accident caused by a 16 year undocumented girl. My daughter has swelling on the brain, it's stable, but it's impacted her life and ours. I'm fighting the insurance company. It's crazy send prayers plz

What a weapon that is for believers. The conviction of the Holy Spirit is our alarm that Satan is up to his deceitful trickery. But when you feel NO! This is not for you! @@Zoe-111 it gets complicated, the same exact word "confess" in Philippians 2:10-11 is also used as "thank" or "praise" in Jesus's prayer to the Father in Matthew 11:25 and Luke 10:21.

@hobo, read the Bible, read the scriptures for yourself, ask the Holy Spirit to give you understanding, how HE WANTS YOU TO UNDERSTAND since He is the Author of the scriptures, pray before you read, and you will be amazed at how much understanding you will be given, and then the wolves can’t deceive you. The reason the wolves behind pulpits deceive people is because people don’t read the Bible for themselves. You can’t know God’s truth unless you read the Bible. You can’t even know God on a personal level unless you read the Bible, because He has given us the Bible to testify about Himself. He has given us the scriptures so we can know Him, put our hope in Him, love Him, and read His promises, and believe He is faithful to do all He promises to do. I have not had YHVH incarnate in Christ break a single promise in over 20 years, and I know He never will. Jesus Christ is God in the flesh, and I’m saddened by how many people don’t know that, and outright deny Jesus is God, because scripture says they’re not saved. We use titles of YHVH for Jesus Christ, like King of kings and Lord of lords, and people don’t even know that’s a title of YHVH from the OT. Jesus uses titles of YHVH for Himself. YHVH says HE WAS PIERCED for our transgressions, Zechariah 12. When people deny Jesus is God, they deny YHVH is God. Jesus is the visible image of YHVH, Colossians 1. As for your children, you have to raise your children to know and love YHVH incarnate in Jesus Christ. The world is not going to do that. It’s our job as parents to guide our children’s souls, and lead them to trust in Christ as their LORD and Savior, and to pray for God to guard their soul, and draw them close to Him. That’s one of our most important jobs as a parent, because if we fail to do that, they will grow up to be godless adults, and they will spend eternity in the pit. What good is taking precious care of your child’s physical needs, and just neglecting their spiritual needs, when it’s their spiritual salvation that determines where their soul will spend eternity? ETERNITY. Giving your child every advantage in this short physical life is meaningless if you have damned their soul to the pit forever by not leading them to Jesus Christ. Our physical life is what, about 100 years, max? What’s 100 years compared to ETERNITY?

@cc3775 man is the problem, you're right about that. God is Holy which means He is morally perfect. We are not. This is why we see corruption and evil in the world. Man will be held responsible if they do not bend the knee to Christ and trust in Him for salvation. Hebrews 10:31 says It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
Jesus is not only the Savior but He is God and He is coming back to judge the world. Your good deeds will not save you. Repent and trust in Jesus who lived a sinless life while on earth and then died a sinner's death in our place so that we could be free from sin and death and instead we can have eternal life. 🙏
