i love the color! I agree in not trying to play the games part with creating FOMO. So I recently got into coach since February and have purchased at least 8 bags since then starting with the quilted tabby's. I feel like out of the 8 bags I received (most in store or shipped to store) were NOT factory wrapped and almost felt like a floor model. They never had any wrapping however they all came with dust bags. Once I even shipped to store and it had a scratch I drove an hour to pickup just to leave empty handed and have them re-order a new one. I will say the 3 I ordered from amazon have came factory wrapped with no box of course but they all were wrapped to the nines with dust bags. I never saw it before as a make or break if I wanted to keep the bags as long as it didn't look used. I say that because I used to buy bags at LV and I never felt like the bags were wrapped new and some I would discover with flaws or they were the floor model. But maybe I'm not as picky? However every person has a right to be because these bags cost a lot but I guess being factory wrapped hasn't ever strayed me away as long as there aren't weird flaws.
The color is beautiful - a good blend of red and burgundy. I feel you on the packaging though - how can a new release not have wrapping or a dust bag? Coach needs to do better.

Well…I have to say this color is beautiful and it looks like it just might be as soft and silky as the black ones are. I don’t have an SA for coach anymore so I’m unaware of any issues going on with them. Waiting to hear your update on that part. It’s gorgeous.

I'm unfortunately getting really conflicting info on this 😮💨 at first I heard they were going to be released in September with the fall drop, but then I heard they possibly already sold out and only made a limited amount. It sounds like we might have to wait until September to see if they release any more. 🥺
I couldn’t agree more! I actually experienced a very similar situation with my rogue 26- I got it pre-release since an SA said it’s in low stock and they stated there wouldn’t be anymore in stock. Well I order the bag cause I really wanted it and well I receive the bag and no dust bag and they removed all of the wrapping. Iuckily I was able to get a dust bag shipped to me with a custom hangtag. This was not even a month ago 😅

@@milliegalier I have a strong feeling they are telling the SA’s to do this. Since Coach has become so popular again they’re definitely playing games and creating this sense of FOMO and it’s working sadly lol
The color is fantastic. I know what you mean, the SA’s sometimes give bad information and it does feel like they’re playing games. My Coach SA usually tells me he doesn’t know, which is at least honest.
Hey Millie. The color is beautiful. I don’t get why these bags are not factory wrapped. I assume this was a return or display but why not send bags through a QC before sales to ensure any issues are addressed and each customer gets a luxury experience.

The color is so beautiful for fall/ winter but why the dust bag and wrapping is not there for a new release feels like a lack of care. The tabby bags are my favorite style and I’m trying to stop buying anymore bags in general but if they keep releasing beautiful colors I don’t think I can resist 😅

I can honestly say I have not experienced the “games” you’re speaking of. It’s too many brands out here to purchase from to be stressed out by one. I did receive one bag from COACH that was missing a dust bag. I called customer service and one was sent to me from the local boutique. I don’t know if that’s protocol but that’s what happed for me. I would also be annoyed and disappointed if I were to purchase a brand new bag that arrived without the factory wrapping or dust bag. I am so sorry that happened to you. Coach should do better; I for one like to keep some of the packing to store the bags and help protect keep their shape etc.
