Congrats on the first review of the mangird tea pro, i bought the original mangird tea back in 2015/16 and lost the right earbud after a week, the tea 2 were awesome but i will get the pro i love xenns tuning
The lining of the lining original Tea box left lint stuck to the tips! This, along with the fact that the supplied balanced cable was useless (due to them being so sensitive), was a real downer for what were the most expensive IEMs I had bought at the time
When I first saw the graph, I thought it looks very similar to the Softear RSV at the upper register. Then I compared the graphs, and indeed, this looks like a bass boosted RSV. Thanks for the review.
I've just 'rediscovered' the original Tea. They had been neglected, sitting in the back of a draw, while I've been using newer earphones. I always loved the sound because it reminded me of really good hifi speakers I've heard from the Dali brand (I wish I had the space and money to collect speakers like I can collect IEMs). I always struggled with comfort until I found the right tips for them/me, Azla Xelastic. It's a shame that the new ones are so big. The issue I still have is that they are so sensitive. I can't use them without the iFi iematch adapter. I ordered them with a balanced cable but had to replace it with a 3.5 right away
Have you listened to the Hype 4 before? If so, how would you stack it up against the Tea Pro regarding bass quality and techs? Looks to be darker than the Hype 4 which is what I'm looking for.
I have both of those and a penon fan 3 coming. If I remember ill do what I can Also have a hype 4 and ziigaat doscinco for reference incase you have one of those.
@@mr.circus1648 Never tried the Maxwell but it looks good. Ke4 is not my kind of tuning. I mean with functionality is that a headset can do more than a pair of IEMs but it's not as portable.
I just received my pair today and noticed I can't push the cable's pins all the way into the left IEM, there's about 1mm showing. Would this be an issue? The right side was also tough to push all the way in. I don't want to try push harder in case i damage it.
How would You stack these against the tea 2 for something like classic rock ballads? Or Mark Knopfler/Dire straits. I currently got the sivga que as a test of not being in iems for more than 12 years and it is mind boggling how good these have become. Now I want to get hybrid iem and i love me good vocals, don’t care that much about the bass. But people say thet all xenns have great soundstage which I do enjoy
@@tecno4u31 Fresh Reviews has looked at both and what I gather is an emphatic "yes". Especially on immersion and separation- the Tea Pro has pinpoint imaging.

Nice! This just popped up this week on the online store. Thanks for the review!
Cheers and thanks for watching!
that box is so much nicer than their previous boxes!

Cheers for watching the video.
Waiting for the comparison with the Estrella
I should hopefully be getting that one.
@@VortexReviews1 do review the TapeMod as well.

I have not tried the Hype 4.
Fresh Reviews has done both if you would like to compare. His usage may be a little different, but he has moved on from the Hype 4 as his daily.
You might reallylike the tea 2, because it's similar to hype 4, but darker than this slightly ( doesn't sound dark, but it scales very well).
Nice review!
How would it compare to Hype 4 or Yanyin Cannon 2?
Thanks! I have not tried the Hype 4 or Cannon 2 unfortunately.
I just got Butterfly 61T 🦋 and some people say it reminds them of the Tea 2 sound 🤷🏻♂️ made me click immediately, great review 😃
Thanks very much and I saw some impressions of the 61T and it looks decent.
Nice earphones!
@@TheVeganVicar They are very different from everything else I got so looking for to enjoying a different tuning 😁
One of the IEMs that has this new Meta tuning. I've yet to audition one.
@@AronAddams7, what is a "Meta tuning", and which other earphones feature this tuning?
Any chance you will be able to try the Aful P5+2 and compare it to the Tea Pro?
Hello and I don't have it on the way and I have not been offered it to review but I will look into it.
@VortexReviews1 I appreciate the response, thank you for the amazing reviews!
@@Quo_Audito Thanks very much!

Would you stack this iem up to the doscincos? I have those but I want one more
Different tuning but it depends if you have the cash to grab them?
Betwen xenns top and tea pro which one has better soundstage/imaging?
I gave the Top back to the owner a long time ago so I can't compare unfortunately.
Hi! An example of next step in technical performance (with good tonality)which Will be?
You mean a step beyond this?
@@VortexReviews1 yeah
@@criticactual To be honest I have not tried that many beyond this price bracket but IO Audio Volare was a nice set.
2:00 metal ? The linsoul page says it's made of medical grade UV resin ?
Probably a mixture .
hey have you compared these to the yanyin canon 2's? if so what are your thoughts between them?
thanks!
Never tried the Canon 2.
Ah okay ty for replying regardless!
How would you compare it to the Thieaudio Hype 2?
Different price bracket but Tea Pro is better tuned but the Hype 4 is a better comparison but I never tried it.
Hey man, im really looking into the Tea Pro. but not sure if i should buy a gaming headset instead for the same price. what to you think?
They are very different. A headset has more functionality but it all depends on what you ultimately want? Which headset?
@@VortexReviews1 Im kinda considering the audeze maxwell(open for others), or the tea pro/Kiwi Ears KE4. And what do you mean about funksjonality?

I have not tried those.
@VortexReviews1 oh that's a shame, it's been discontinued now too. Appreciate you getting back to me. 👍
@@karledwards1289 No worries 👍
Please tell me what is better to buy Xenns Team Pro or Yanyin Canon 2? Which of them plays music better?
I have not tried that Canon 2 so I don't have an opinion on it.
Hi! Will be better for films? Estrella, Dusk, Tea Pro?
I never tried the Dusk but out of the Tea Pro and Estrella I would go for either to be honest.
Where do I get ones ?
Get this? It is from Linsoul.com
@ It says it’s in pre order !
@@HD-nv9ru I understand now. At the bottom of the listing it should say when they expect new stock.
Hi! Honestly how is compared with Ziigaat Estrella?
Hi and they are both very competent to be honest. They both can be a bit "bright" in the lower treble / presence region area.
How does heavy metal and rock music sound?
Sounds good.
I just received my pair today and noticed I can't push the cable's pins all the way into the left IEM, there's about 1mm showing. Would this be an issue? The right side was also tough to push all the way in. I don't want to try push harder in case i damage it.
If it produces the sound then it's fine.

Stage is good on the Tea and you might like the Tea Pro
Hi! Mangird Tea Pro is better than Ziigat Doscinco?
Better for me is good tonaluty and techs (dynamics, resolution, inmersion, separation...)
Different tunings.
@@VortexReviews1 so in techs IS same as doscinco?
@@tecno4u31 Fresh Reviews has looked at both and what I gather is an emphatic "yes". Especially on immersion and separation- the Tea Pro has pinpoint imaging.
@@tecno4u31 Yes but again different tunings.
@@jesh879 yeah but if techs are same I prefer Doscinco. 80€ less and good bass.
How do these compare to the 7hz aurora and thieaudio hype 4?
Never tried the Hype 4 but Aurora is way more V shaped than this. Tea Pro is better tuned.
How's the reliability of this brand? I can only buy them from China.. So warranty would be a pain if ever
Seems fine to me but do a thorough search though as I could be wrong.
I have heard really good things about mangird iems. The only thing thats stopping me from buying is the brand name. - Aful user
As long as the name isn't really weird it makes no difference to me what they call it.
Hahaha I love the last part. If a Aful user is calling a brand name bad, it weighs differently lol😂
What's wrong with Mangrid?
@@k.w5804 haha you got the joke 🤣

how does this compare to the mangird top?

The Vegan Vicar.
Thanks so much!
The original Tea was 6 BAs 1 DD
Cheers. It's been a while so I forgot the driver count :)
Too much 2khz
I agree. It didn't need the boost there.
Which one has bigger shell hype2/4 or tea pro?
Never tried the Hype 4 but between the Hype 2 and Tea Pro they are extremely close.

Hype 2 is a bit bigger to my ears, i guess i'll skip tea pro too
