I remember when MK1 first came out in the early 90's it was the only arcade game with these type of graphics and sound i remember being at the bowling alley seeing this machine having a line out the door just to play and be part of this epic game..
So amazing when you go from the first and skip to the last... 00:1818:31 . Over 20 years of development right there. Man I remember back in the day a bunch of us kids on the street got together in one of the kid's basement to play MK on the SNES lol... my mom wouldn't even let me watch Sonic on TV, she'd be pissed if she found out I was playing MK. Funny how that game was such a giant controversy back then but now nobody gives a fuck, like GTA, CoD, etc is just common place now. MK was one of the games that caused companies to require mandatory ratings on all games.
I know right my mom would tell me it was bad for me to play MK and any other M rated game back in the day. But look how far gaming has come. It's only going to get better.

It was cool to show off capabilities when the ps2 and Xbox original first came out but it's really more fun as basic side scroll fighter like the originals.
