half spoon black lemon powder
little cinamon powder
little black papper powder

Egyptian rise nahi dale aap ne or milk to nahi use krte only labon na
Egyptian rice 100 gm use Kiya hu Bhai or mere pass lebon nahi tha isliye yougurt or milk ka use Kiya hu sirf dahi use karta to jyada khatta ho jaata isliye milk use Kiya hu bhai

Yes it is cooked different from a city to another or from family to the other.
We don't use chicken just wheat, water, laban, butter cumin and salt.
