    Ondeko!!! Wow! I am so happy that someone took the time to visit Sado and make a video exploring the culture. My family is from Sado, and I've always thought it was the most beautiful place in the world... and the food is exceptional, no place in the world has better rice, fish, and milk.

    Wonderful video! I visited Sado when I lived in Japan in the 1980s. Nice to see that it appears to remain slow-paced and unspoiled.

    懐かしの岩首鬼太鼓。鼓童研修生として佐渡で暮らした2年間、祭りで鬼打ちをさせてもらいました。祭りとは、芸能とはと考えたときに一番に頭に浮かぶのが岩首のお祭りです。今年は行きたいなぁ。
