    But Even I do this for 10kg onions together instantly. Trick is .....keep the slices of onions well spread on a dupatta in the balcony or terrace under bright sunlight.....water from onion will evaporate nicely......Then on hi flame just fry and remove....done instantly....preserve in zip pouches and stack them in freezer...6 months stock ready .Since I make biryani a lot of times.....Happy eating....

      Hello... 1kg pyaj ko store karna ho to fry karne ke liye kitna oil lu and approx kitni min. Fry karu?? Pls let me know mem... it will be really helpful...

      When there is sun it can be dried n fried n preserved. But one suggestion I keep it in thin cotton cloth or bag and that bag is kept in plastic zip pouch. Then direct plastic contact is avoided

      I usually fry onions as needed. Microwave them to dry the water and then deep fry them. I don't have a balcony or terrace. I mean what you get in today's flats definitely cannot be called balconies.

      बिलकुल.... सही तरीका ये ही है। क्योंकी प्याज को carefully नहीं रखा गया तो इनमें फंगस लग जाती है जो डेंजरस है इसलिए इनका फ्राई वाला आइडिया बकवास है।

    Ye remedy use karo
    Sir aap bhi ese karna bohot time bach jata he is se
