आज इस व्हिडिओ में डॉ.जय मेहता, Asherman's Syndrome के साथ Pregnant हो सकते है? इस प्रश्न का जवाब विस्तार में देने वाले है । Asherman syndrome वाली कुछ महिलाएं गर्भधारण नहीं कर पाती हैं या उनमें बार-बार गर्भपात होता है। Asherman syndrome होने पर गर्भवती होना संभव है, लेकिन uterus adhesions विकासशील भ्रूण के लिए खतरा पैदा कर सकता है। इस स्थिति के बिना महिलाओं में miscarriage और गर्भपात की संभावना भी अधिक होगी। तो जानते है की asherman syndrome and pregnancy के बारेमे :-
Asherman's syndrome(uterine synechiae meaning) ऐसी बीमारी है जहाँ पे uterus का endometrium( वह अंदर का भाग जिसे गद्दी भी कहा जाता है) जहाँ पे गर्भरोपण होती है, वह भाग की दीवारें(गद्दी) एक दूसरे से चिपक जाती है।
Asherman's syndrome के causes:
१. D&C (मतलब एबॉर्शन होने के बाद जब uterus/गर्भाशय की साफ़ सफाई) को बार बार करने से asherman's syndromeका develop होना सामान्य है।
२. Endometrial tuberculosis; मतलब जो endometrium( गर्भाशय के अंदर का भाग जिसे गद्दी भी कहा जाता है) का TB, यह बीमारी हमारे देश में काफी सामान्य है, और यह TB के after-effects के कारन भी asherman's की बीमारी हो सकती है।
३. Trauma, injury, chemo-therapy, radiation therapy etc भी इस बीमारी के असामान्य कारण बन सकते है।
आसान तरीके में समझने के लिए, अगर गर्भाशय को एक गमला समझा जाये तो एक बार बच्चे का गर्भरोपण हो जाये तो उसके बाद वह बच्चा बढ़ने होने लगता है और गर्भाशय भी बड़ा होते जाता है। यह जानकारी इसीलिए महत्वपूर्ण है क्युकी गर्भावस्था को सफल होने के लिए गर्भाशय का फूलना जरूरी है।
Adhesions complicating pregnancy
Asherman's syndrome के कारण होने वाली तकलीफें (Can you get pregnant with Asherman's Syndrome?) :
१. जब कभी भी यह बीमारी grade 3 या grade 4 (जिसे severe asherman's syndrome भी कहा जाता है) पोहोच जाती है गर्भाशय की गद्दी एक दूसरे से चिपक जाती है जिस्के कारन अगर गर्भारोपण हुआ फिर भी गर्भाशय की गद्दियों के चिपकने के कारन pregnancy के दौरान गर्भाशय सिर्फ एक तरफ से बड़ा होते चला जायेगा और सामान्य रूप से बढ़ नहीं पायेगा जिस्के कारन pregnancy रूकती नहीं है आसानी से और pregnancy रुकने पर भी first trimester abortion(प्रेगनेंसी के पहले ३ महीने में एबॉर्शन ) करना बोहोत सामान्य है।
२. Asherman's syndrome होने के बाद में pregnant होने के chances बहुत कम् हो जाते है क्युकी यह बीमारी के कारन infertility काफी बढ़ जाती है।
३. अगर TB के कारन asherman की बीमारी हुई हो तोह pregnant होना और कठिन हो जाता है क्युकी तब गर्भाशय की गद्दी बहुत चीकट गया रहता है।
Asherman's syndrome के symptoms (asherman's syndrome symptoms) :
१.क्युकी गर्भाशय की गद्दी एक दूसरे से चिपकी हुई होती है, उसके कारण गद्दी में बिलकुल growth नहीं होती।
२. गद्दी में growth न होने के कारण माहवारी रुक जाती नहीं तोह माहवारी चक्र परेशान हो जाता है।
यह सब कारन और परेशानिओ के कारन Asherman's syndrome में pregnancy रुक नहीं पाती है और अगर रुकी तोह फिर early stage abortion करना पड़ता है। Asherman's syndrome के related गर्भाशय/pregnancy/माहवारी की तकलीफो की जल्द से जल्द जांच कराने पर ठीक होने की सम्भावना बढ़ती है।
