    Iam 41 year old and i also finedh my 50 km.. And i love running very very very much, past 4 year ill doing Running and jump rope....

    It’s better to use the term POSITIVE PRESSURE and NEGATIVE PRESSURE. Positive pressure is good for growth and to perform out of our comfort zone.
