I actually LIKE the idea that they are deliberately partnering with local shops that already service a wide variety of tractors and outdoor power equipment. As opposed to a completely proprietary organization that rakes you over the coals.
Mine arrived last week. 6 hrs of work right off the hot shot delivery trailer. It's a beast in such a small package. Glad you're addressing the questions so many, including myself, are asking. I love seeing (and supporting) a "start-up" company respond to their market and take advantage of the early stage where it really can still be personal. Thanks for weathering the negativity as you help demonstrate a quality product at a great price.

That's funny. I've been calling since last night, which is Saturday night and I've been calling Sunday. My tractor might show my tractor which I paid $30000 for broke down. I got an inspection tomorrow. I haven't been trying to get ahold of people and have got nothing but an answering machine.
I happen to be a service partner with Summit. I'm the only dealer for Rim Guard in Florida, so I reached out before they were sold in Florida. They set me up so I could easily be found by their customers. It's a really great system. Quick tip. If you happen to get a nail or other leak in the rear loaded tires. Simply park it with the leak at the top 12 o'clock position. Then give me a call. Usually, just pump the liquid out and then patch the tire or install a tube and refill the tire. Nothing beats having a properly ballasted tractor at your disposal.

I was just talking to a contractor that was cutting in a driveway. I was looking at his old small Bobcat wheeled skid steer and asked him if the little thing was enough to get the job done. Turns out, he didn't have a choice cause his New Holland with forestry mulcher had been at the dealer for 8 months waiting on parts. This wasn't even a lone story, know of a couple people in the same situation. Dealers aren't what they used to be, and I don't really even consider them necessary anymore.
I'm in the market for a tractor and have been watching the Summit brand. Service is a big concern for me. This video has provided me great information to overcome my concern about full-service dealers near me. The next hurdle for me will be a 35+ hp option. Any idea when they will be coming out with a more powerful option?
Oh, yeah. I almost forgot to mention when I got tobacco addition to my tractor which I paid another $9000 for when the company that took my tractor away broke the bolts off in my summer tractor didn't bother to put my PTO cover back on and left the bolts broken off in the tractor. When I called summit and told him about it, they tried to charge me for another PTO shaft cover. It never bothered. I've never bothered to mission to fix it. Just try to charge me more money.I call b******* on what this guy saying
You promote a tractor you get to use for free. The true test will be when they take the tractor back , you spend your own hard money and buy this tractor for personal use. This tractor is made in India and the question is quality and longevity of the company ( Remember Cabela's Montana tractor).

They had a chance to simplify the maintenance (oil changes, hydraulic fluids and filters) but they didn't, even knowing most of these will be done by the buyers. Seems like a missed opportunity.
What do you mean by that? This tractor was not designed from the ground up by Summit. They took a tried and proven tractor platform made by ITL and added many features and options.
I said this on the last video. Also, this company won't be around in 3 years, so what difference does the warranty mean? Also also, Kioti has an industry leading massive 6 year power train warranty.
Will Summit be around, are they financially viable to cover their warranties, especially their 7 year warranty No disrespect, sometimes a tractor company with no brick and mortor stores, have issues covering warranty due to them being out of business I'm definitely looking towards purchasing a Summit tractor, especially when I went to the closest Bobcat dealer to me, which is in S. C. and I live in Charlotte N. C., in a area surrounded by S.C. The S. C. salesman told I would have to deal with N. C. dealership, in which I replied your the same owner as N. C. as the S. C. dealership and you're closer to me He text and email salesman for my area, that was almost a week ago, nothing from the salesman and I was ready to purchase a 2035 loaded with about 8 attachments If a salesman doesn't have the time to communicate with a paying customer before purchasing, think how bad it would be after purchase It's encouraging to Summit making their implements in the USA. Definitely a good sign of them being financially viable for their tractor warranties The ready to go to work is exactly what I am looking for in a tractor, no waiting to add hydraulics to function certain attachments Calling them tomorrow, since Bobcat is not wanting my business Also, calling Caterpillar to purchase a skid loader and track hoe

Is summit thinking about sailing a shuttle shift tractor
Not that I know of. They have one model tractor and this is it at the moment.
I had a problem with a grapple attachment and the service reps handled the fix over the phone.
How you like that grapple?
Do they have a vented valve for the front axel ?
I will have to look. I know there is a dipstick on the front axle.
This Tractor is made Solis any Solis dealer can work on them if you have one close by
Both Summit and Solis are made by ITL and share the same frame and engine.
How easy is it to get financing?
Check the Summit website. They have financing.

Mahindra has the same warranty.
Mahindra's Full Tractor Warranty is only 2 years. Summit's is 3 years.

It's ITL....the company has been around for a long time. Same basic tractor as Solis.
