Really enjoying the bass runs as they add so much to playing chords. Great lessons Phil.

I know I've come to this late Phil, but could you suggest a song or two where this would fit in?

They're great for livening up simple 2 chord songs, but I find I often use them as a quick intro (you'll hear it towards the beginning of Dr. Jazz, here ruclips.net/video/2NgcH9fYoB4/видео.html). Try using the C run to bring in songs like 'Yellow Bird', or 'Singing The Blues'.

Id like to know your fingerpicking pattern for this run. It sounds great but i just cant make it out

It's hard to describe in words, but I'll have a go. I pinch (play together) the G and A strings, then pinch the C and E strings, then I play the G string, the A string, the C string and the E string. I'm using my thumb on both the G and C strings, my index finger plays the E string, and my second finger is playing the A string. Hope that makes sense!
