What happened at BMT? | How I only did seven PT sessions

What happened to me medically at BMT and how I only had to do seven PT sessions the entirety of basic training.

I didn’t regret joining, but I was definitely worried about leaving my daughter for that long. I knew it was the best thing for us though.
