That guy is a homeless person trespassing. Lol freeloading in abandoned homes. He's probably with other homeless people hiding in the back.

Hello Richard been following you for a few years. I have a question do you remember the black guy that took his family to Medellin? Colombia several years ago to live,that was from Ga. I cant remember his name. Wife and two daughters.
Yeah, I remember. I watched him. I was wondering why he would bring his kids there. I knew he wouldn't stay in Colombia long either because they just changed the tax laws. I think he went back to the US and started a new channel. I can't find him right now though.
That guy was not working there, he was looting and hoarding the materials. He claimed he owned the property then changed his story and said he owned part of it. He was not repairing anything. I have a suspicion his squatting that building. Replay the video and you will notice how inaccurate his story was.
That guy is a bullshiter he is homeless trying to pull a fast one on you!
