Interesting, thanks. For domestic use or a small commercial kitchen, Vorwerk's Thermomix (I have the old TM31 model) peels garlic in a few seconds in its 2 litre bowl using the same principle (switch the blade side to reverse). I wonder what else can be peeled using this method.
To clarify, I mean you can almost fill the 2 litre bowl with unpeeled garlic, and it will peel them. But you have to separate out the peeled cloves afterwards.
Final results are not finished..... weight after peeling included water. Showing only hybrids garlic such type of many other questions are raising in mind. Please upload a detailed demo video

We had a team of 4 culinary students peeling garlic for hours and didn't have this kind of production that took minutes.
