Vespa Classic Corso for the FCA Traditional Match Day

On Saturday 27 April, FC Augsburg organised a Vespa corso as a special item on the programme for its traditional match day. This event was held in honour of the regional league championship of the 1973/74 season and also served to preserve the culture of tradition in Augsburg, which is known as the "northernmost city in Italy". The meeting point for the participants was at 10.30 Clock in Maximilianstraße, between the Café "Picnic" and the Herkulesbrunnen. An hour later, at 11.30 Clock, the procession of around 350 scooters set off together. It was a fantastic sight, which also delighted many onlookers at the roadside and made their eyes light up.
