I commented on your last nutrition video that I always run without food but do take gels throughout on my long run.. However on my 18 miles this morning which was a lot of marathon pace at mile 14 I had to stop and tighten my laces then felt weird, like faint and my tongue was tingling I thought I was going to faint so sat on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere, slammed another gel, waited a couple of minutes and I was fine. The tongue thing is a blood sugar drop, even though I was fueling throughout I was burning through it, so I now WILL eat something before which will be a first!

Sitting here while I should be on a run, with an abductor/Pectineus injury.... Ironically by doing exercises to prevent injury....

Hey, best of luck with your training. Thanks for the video, looks like you might need a new toothbrush
