Your skin in looking amazing!! When my husband was diagnosed with colon cancer we purchased a juicer. Best purchase ever!! We focus more on leafy greens to fight against cancer cells but fruits taste so good. Keep juicing!
I also have dry skin. Exfoliators be too strong so for the past year and a half I've been using Pan Oxl Benzoyl Peroxide cleanser. I use it as an exfoliator and it's made such a difference in my skin. I don't really have bad acne either except the occasional pimples but with the cleanser, the pimples come further and further apart. Also Rose Buds is a really cute name

Have you considered blackout curtains!? They are awesome! My apartment building has 5ft to 8ft windows! And some of my neighbors are so grateful for them! TARGET had 8ft curtains, 2 panels for $50!
For skincare, I saw someone suggest you get a water filter and I agree. Also, I prefer chemical exfoliation for myself just because I had a terrible experience with physical ones. My current fave is the BY WISHTREND - MANDELIC ACID 5% SKIN PREP WATER. It's supposed to be better than salicylic acid for dry, sensitive skin. I'm using it once a month for now since it's still a fairly new product to me. But I like it so far. Not anywhere near as drying as salicylic acid. Lastly, I watch a derm on here, Dr. Alexis Stephens. She's a black derm and gives so much great insight. She also has dry, eczema prone skin.
I know it may seem like you don’t care if losing the weight quickly is bad for you now but weight that is lost quickly is put back on just as quickly. What you don’t realize is that it becomes harder to get that weight off again the next time around because you’re messing up your metabolism. The most important thing is to eat enough protein (ideally 1 g per lb of ideal bodyweight, or 0.8 g/lb minimum) and do resistance training to gain muscle, which will help burn more calories at rest and give you the physique you’re going after. These juice cleanses provide no protein so the only weight you’re gonna lose is muscle and not fat. You’re better off fasting since you don’t actually lose muscle while fasting. Your body will tap into its fat stores to provide you with energy instead. Just remember that slow and steady wins the race. Be blessed 🫶🏾

I've heard the water there does that. Some people install a water softener to help with the effects 💞
It’s probably the water drying out your skin. Try installing a water softener system or a shower head filter like Sprite. That helps tremendously.
