@ASIndopro I was looking at your VB1 case and wanted to know if it was possible to keep the up button on while using the WASD? Or, can you only use the WASD or the hitbox buttons one at at time?
Not by default, but you can use regular Iris WASD (with ASD cover) and do some tweak on the wiring by connecting the ground wire from the UP button directly to the PCB.

Is it compatible with Hitbox crossUP/Razer Panthera like its predecessor?
Iris WASD is for Vcase only, or other case with “Iris” system. For other case please use Cardimod WASD.
