@@ThrottleFreedom thanks bro. New rider Got a few thousand miles on my bike feel pretty comfortable for the most part. The only thing I'm iffy about are 90 degree turns. Not slow ones but say tour on a main road going 40mph and approaching and intersection in which you want to to turn left or right. Currently I'll brake downshift and take the turn while feathering the clutch a bit and adding throttle. However most people are saying I shouldn't touch the clutch on a turn. Wondering if you could help.
I'd say unless you're at a very low speed no need to ride or feather the clutch. Before entering the turn brake and downshift to the appropriate gear rolling into the apex without the clutch engaged then throttle out. The only time I ride the clutch is at very low speed turns just because my bike will start to jerk and stutter.
@@wolfyawoo yea no need to feather the clutch in that situation. Just get your breaking done before the apex, look where you wanna go and at least maintain your speed at your greatest lean angle to prevent upsetting the chassis.
Just got the same bike and love it! What kind of bag do you have on the handlebars? Been looking for one and im unsure about the fit, do you find it hinders the turning of the handlebars? Safe riding
I don't run the internal mic on the GoPro or a vlog style setup in my helmet because of wind noise. I run a mic down under my seat behind the side cover that comes off with 2 bolts.
@@XxHaTeRsFaDiN yeah I just gave enough slack to connect to the cam and ability to move around where I can't feel it. Secured it under the seat, tucks in for when I ride without recording. Look into the DJI mic 2 for a wireless setup, few hundred bucks compared to $5 tho haha
Thank you! I'm 6 even and comfortable on the bike. I've heard of guys your height and taller say they're fine but I think it would be pushing it. You could always put some forward controls on it
Maybe a weird question, but when you are riding, if you look down at your primary can you hear some chatter? I believe I'm just hearing the chain rotating inside, everyone says it's normal just seems kinda loud to me? Now that I hear it I can't unhear it lol
@Throttle Freedom same lol. It's hard to shake the sound of it lol, had no idea it was that loud. Such a fun bike to I think that's why it bugs me, I don't want it to be something that's about to break lol
It's the stock chain tensioner, sometimes it lets a little slack out. Some people opt for an upgraded hydraulic one but they have been known to fail Honestly I wouldn't worry about it
I'm happy with the slip-ons for now. I bought the V&H Hi-Output 2-1 before going stage 2 but returned it because I was happy with the way it sounded with the Eliminator 300. Plus unless you get a custom dyno tune 2-1 exhaust causes you to lose power with the SE auto tune, but if you don't care about your warranty that isn't a problem.
@@ThrottleFreedom Yes as told to me by my dealer, they are almost identical in torque gains. If I were You, I would approach my dealer and ask why you were not told this. However if You are happy, well than enjoy and safe riding.
love the way you’re eating these curves, stay safe man 🤙🏽 have the same bike it’s amazing
Thanks man. First Harley and I'm definitely enjoying all the torque these 117s have, makes for a fun ride.
Beautiful man. I could watch this all day.
Thanks man!
Nice vid man 👍
I like the way you ride, and the view is absolutely stunning 🙏
Thanks man I appreciate it
In love with Low Rider❤️
Me too! 🏍
Less than twenty seconds into the video I hit that like button! 😂
Thank you!

Thanks brother
Great bike, nice road.
Safe Ride!
Regards from Bavaria
Dude the lowrider s is my favorite Harley. God's bike. I'm jealous
Haha definitely my favorite so far as well
Sounds awesome man
Thanks man
Dude rides like a freaking boss! Noob here wondering if I could ask you a few questions on riding techniques?
Sure, definitely not a pro but I can try to help.

I’m looking at this bike or the st. Had you thought about the st and if so, pros/cons with this? Thanks.
Hey mon, sorry to ask a stupid question but what kind of bag do you have on your handlebar? I kind of want one of those.
Hey no problem man, it's a Thrashin Supply handlebar bag
Just got the same bike and love it! What kind of bag do you have on the handlebars? Been looking for one and im unsure about the fit, do you find it hinders the turning of the handlebars?
Safe riding
It's a Thrashin bar bag. It doesn't hit or scratch the tank and definitely doesn't hinder turning. Have fun brother, safe riding.
Good ole Brushy Mountain Rd. What camera are you using?
Hell yeah 😂 Hero 9
Nice!
how many miles on that beast, good way to break it in.
Closing in on 3k now I believe
💯
🤙
nice riding, what tires do u ride here?
Thanks, these are the factory/stock Michelin Scorchers.
How do you get such crisp audio with the GoPro…with mine, the wind noise eats it up
I don't run the internal mic on the GoPro or a vlog style setup in my helmet because of wind noise. I run a mic down under my seat behind the side cover that comes off with 2 bolts.
@@ThrottleFreedom so I’m assuming you just run the wire external then?

Nice bike! How tall are you? Iam thinking about to Get one but i am 6foot 3 and don’t know if it is a good choice.

Oh yeah when I first noticed it really bugged me too but I try not to pay attention to it and just ride the hell out of it lol

I know what you mean man. 8k hard miles on mine so far with no issues, hopefully it stays that way

for the cam did you just buy just a cam, or did you have to buy the full kit?
I bought the stage 2 upgrade kit with the bike.
💯💯👍👍
🤜🤛
sick
👍
That bike just needs a good exhaust, my stock 117 with a stealth pipe made 109hp and 125ft lb of torque not bad at all.

What camera u using bud?
GoPro Hero 10
What phone mount are you using?
RAM Quick-grip
IS that speedo aftermarket?
No it's stock on the 22s
S&S 475 cam?
No I wish. SE Torque cam
what phone mount is that
Ram Quick Grip
You do realise that your bike came from the factory with the SE torque cam ? Hope You never paid them more, my dealer nearly did the same to me.
According to HD, factory is the CVO 515 cam. Different specs and part number from the SE Torque cam.
@@ThrottleFreedom Yes as told to me by my dealer, they are almost identical in torque gains. If I were You, I would approach my dealer and ask why you were not told this. However if You are happy, well than enjoy and safe riding.
@@juelcome They are not the same. The stock 117 cam is better than the 114, but as OP has said, actual specs of the grind are different.
Fkn send it
Yes sir
Keep thinking I'm watching a Dan the Fireman video, £18,000 bike and no proper riding gear. Nice bike though. I'd like to buy one one day.
I'll take that as a compliment! 🤣
Poor gearbox on downshifts
👌
May I ask please, what pipes they are.
