- get to sp3 using the Doom combo M, L, L, L, Heavy. (opponent needs to have at least 2 bars of power)
- do 7 hit combo M, M, L, L, L, M, M.
- use sp1.
- use sp2.

Bro I have 5star Dr.Doom but whenever I hit the 3rd Light attack the opponents don't get stun

They have to be shocked and while they are shocked you have to use the heavy attack

slightly incorrect, you dont have to be at 2 bars of power, you can be just under.
you also dont explain how to achieve the second doom sp3
