The guy who threatened Kendall with "I know you" is Logan's bodyguard Colin and he was kind of involved in the damage control after Kendall got into that accident with the waiter kid. He knows what happened and Kendall knows that he knows (they had an interaction about it somewhere early in s2)
I loved how Kendall said to siobhan "oh u get it right, now its u" that deeply affected her . Bcoz she also understood that siobhan is doing what Kendall did to logan all these years. Just being Logan's lap dog
I think you're looking at it the right way, most people who watched the show probably don't understand the specifics of the legalese or the business terms within the show, what you're watching is the character's reactions to it and their interactions so that's the richest part of it, eventually you understand the big picture during specific episodes when they literally tell you "This is what's going on" You also got it right on Siobhan versus Kendall. He pulled an immature ego prank and she basically shot him. What I like about the Roy's is that they all have moments in which you cheer for them versus the others even if you know they're all horrible. But right after you cheer for them they go and do something horrible or behave like a-holes in your like, "Oh, right, Ken isn't the good guy, he's also a horrible walking ego monster."
The thing about Jeremy Strong, is that he was INCREDIBLY devoted to the character of Kendall. Something I noticed in interviews is that while the other actors refer to their characters by their name, Jeremy never says "Kendall does this" or "Kendall does that". He says "I do this" and whatnot. He's dedication to the craft is amazing given the results we're seeing of his work.
Ken can never see beyond his actions... he pulls that on Shiv, undermining her in front of all the company and he spects everything to stay the same with him on top
17:04 At the beginning of the episode Gerri tells Logan to cooperate, but he refuses, and Gerri warns him what can happen, which is what happens at the end of the episode
Law enforcement often performs raids when they meet resistance from the persons of interest. Also it could have been a result of ATN’s unfavorable coverage but that may not be the case as DOJ is supposed to be fairly neutral. It wasn’t because Kendall was asking his lawyer to summon one.
The thing about Kendall is we relate to him in our most private moments. We want him to succeed because we've seen him have his bathroom meltdowns or hiding in server rooms. To be that alone is painful and you wouldn't wish it on your worst enemy. And Kendall has some highs, but he is the embodiment of "pride before the fall."
Shivs mood was totally valid. All is far in love and war The only reason ken did that was to mess with shiv. You hit someone and tell them how to react
Kendall is manic, y’all-he has manic episodes which inevitably swing into deep depression. Please watch the Inside the Episodes, they’re so quick and will provide insight into a lot of your questions!
People who say Kendal is wrong, it's a waste watching this show... Kendal is a masterpiece, understood only by those who have wisdom. Every action Kendal does is because of the circumstances that he's been put by others...Let's remember that KENDAL is fighting alone against a fucking mega empire. And moving forward, standing like a fucking Gangster. Only a few dare to live like him..
I love this show so much. So much going on. Colin is absolutely terrifying. The simple “I know you.” is just a reminder to Ken that he’s got huge demons that people know about.
The intimidating guy was Collin, the maijn Logan henchman, who covered up Kendall's killing of the waiter in a car accident. So he went there just to remaind Ken that he knows what he did.
I don’t remember exactly the circumstances but I think the basic of it was FBI raided now because Logan was getting too cozy with the Prez and the DOJ took exception. His confrontation with the POTUS assistant lady was the catalyst
The creators always play coy with that question, but it's absolutely about the Murdochs, in particular Logan being an analogue to Rupert Murdoch (even down to the detail of him being a foreign-born individual who stormed the American media ecosystem).
The “I know you” is because that’s Colin, Logan’s bodyguard…the guy who helped clean everything up with the ‘Shiv’s wedding’ situation…
I love that moment. You see the fear from Kendall when he’s face to face with Colin. It also shows how loyal Colin is to Logan.
Yup love how this scene on RUclips is called “Kendall sees a ghost”
@@paulcarlsen5787 wow, didnt know this. It literally gave me bodychills
Jeremy Strong really is outstanding in this show. Ken is such an a-hole, yet I always feel for him throughout the series.

Remember, Logan’s security guy is who cleaned up after Kendall’s accident with the waiter.
That’s why he said “I know you”
I loved how Kendall said to siobhan "oh u get it right, now its u" that deeply affected her . Bcoz she also understood that siobhan is doing what Kendall did to logan all these years. Just being Logan's lap dog
*Siobhan
I think it's spelled Siobhan, Shiv is the nickname
@@MaverickIceman lol thank u I always get confused with that

She’s getting the number one boy treatment lmao
I never caught Connor’s “yeah accurate, like Oswald was accurate” 😂😂😂 such a good line

hallway scene is one of my favourite scenes in the whole show. it hit me so hard the first time i watched it

You guys really need to watch the episodes with the 5 minutes postepisode discussion with the actors

now i can sleep well, till next week
17:53 Yes, he was talking to his lawyer to get a raid
? All of Kendall's actions ARE how he's feeling inside.

8:05 …interesting thought lol
Let's go!!!!!!!
It’s interesting to watch Kendall’s downward spiral
Isn't this inspired? loosely based on the Murdoch family?
The creators always play coy with that question, but it's absolutely about the Murdochs, in particular Logan being an analogue to Rupert Murdoch (even down to the detail of him being a foreign-born individual who stormed the American media ecosystem).
Yeah I don’t see how there could be a positive out for Tom
People who are pulling for Kendall make me cringe so hard
Great! It is very interesting to see your reaction to the film Robocop 1987. This is a cool movie 👍🔥🦾
