Now that was preaching. Thank God for the clear and straight preaching of Minister Dates. Beautiful style of Black preaching at its best. There were some profound nuggets of truth and some convicting prophetic moments of confrontation. I think that element of preaching is missing today in our preaching. He handled that so well. Towards the end of his message he brought it to a climax with such a powerful liberty of the Spirit that seemed to lift me up and gladden my heart. I was encouraged because the gospel was made manifest. Praise be to God Almighty.
