Motor coaches are NOT even closely related to semi trucks. I've been driving a semi for 7 years, you can't compare the 2 types to one another. Semis are articulated and can be upwards of 100 feet in length (certain states allow double/triple trailers) and weigh 40+ tons. Motor coaches are ~45 feet in length or less and are not articulated. Turning and backing up are vastly different between the two vehicles. You only need a Class B CDL with passenger endorsement to drive a coach, you must have a Class A CDL to drive a semi and you may need hazmat, tanker and/or double/triple endorsements with a semi. Just because yiu can drive a coach bus doesn't mean that you can drive a semi. However, a Class A CDL holder with the P endorsement can drive a bus of any kind. That being said, good job on the presentation.

You can apply with Learners permit and they will train you.
that's a lie you don't gotta be 25 I have a friend who's worked @ Greyhound for 10 months and @ the time he claimed he was only 21 now he's 24 working @ UPS he's been there sense he quit Greyhound
Stated in the comments I got the age wrong
How do I find out why they denied me for the job
Dont worry about it. Trust me when I tell u, u dodged a bullet
I hear this crap and it really pisses me off. In essence this guy has no experience. And no buisness behind the wheel of a commercial vehical, much less a passeger bus. But because he has a clean driving record and no felonies and is black he got hired. Bullshit.
This post has no validity.
Who needs experience with large vehicles??? You’re just hauling people.
Lives are the most important cargo what u mean JUST HAULING PEOPLE? SMH

No hard feelings, but given the number of even minor tickets that you have had and the lack of prior experience driving a large vehicle, I would not ride across the street with you. As a retired OTR driver, I would be terrified. If you get those tickets and then blow them off, it shows your lack of professionalism. Never will I ride Greyhound.
I would hop a freight train before I would ever even consider riding on nasty ass greyhounds
