Thank you!! Ahhh that is a great question. Our clinic purchases them by the pound and then cuts individual cups full to give to patients and use in the clinic. We don’t weigh it, just eyeball it. If I had to guess, each cup probably has about 2-3 oz?

I don’t measure it in grams, I’m sorry I don’t know! I estimate by using about enough to fill the palm
