I am converting my EMCO Unimat 3 into a CNC lathe and mill, just looking into a DIY controller board that can run a 4th axis as the current GRBL cannot.

Think about something as complex and accurate as this, but being the size of your pinky nail. Unless your a pimp from Oakland with a coke pinky nail, that would be too big.
Fuck me that is a complex part 20 year ago impossible in 2 hits now with the likes of solid works and mastercam not so hard even easier if you have a half decent machine I would put emco in my top 5 here in in England mazak seem to be all the rage at the moment personally I don't rate them rather have an emco any day of the week
