I mean Vlad has a pretty straightforward kit, but a lot of knowledge goes into when and how to engage. Most Vlad's just run into fights, pop their W either too early or too late, and don't get their damage off as a result. Vlad is surely not as hard as some other champions, but let's face it, any champion in League can be picked up extremely easily in a very short amount of time, even the so called "high skillcap ones". It's about pulling off those mechanics under pressure and having the right macro more than anything.
