This episode was quite emotional, when Defne decided to leave Omer before he found out about Defne's agreement with Neriman
I love how adoring & couldn’t get enough of Defne Omer is looking at her with adoring eyes that notice everything of her, the way he puts an arm on her shoulders & hold her other hand/arm while walking or just sitting. He even asked her to sit closer to him so he could her. It seems like he wouldn’t want let go of her for a second. Such a cozy, loved, secure feeling that is.
DEFNE IS DOING WRONG BY NOT TELLING THE TRUTH ALWAYS GETTING OMER UPSET AND MAKING HIM HURT POOR GUY

I’m not fluent in Turkish but I know enough to know half of these subtitles are made up and don’t match what they’re actually saying. I can’t decide if it’s annoying or if it’s helping me learn Turkish faster because I have to translate in my head instead of relying on the subtitles.

After Omer toppled down the vase where his knuckles were wounded, he sat down & lean back on the chair looking like the world just crashed down on him. You could see ALL the INSCRUTABLE PAIN he was experiencing etched on his face, his eyes showing puzzlement at what just happened. Defne, really, how could you?! You just hammered into Omer’s mind & heart another NAIL of DISTRUST!

One of the hardest parts to watch is when Omer comes home to find Defne gone and the note on the table! He doesn't understand why and is completely heartbroken!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭😭

Omer is a very “touchy-feely” bf. If he could hug Defne 24/7 he’ll do it. It’s as if he could/would NOT physically let go of Defne. Many times he’d do that instinctively. What a loving feeling that is

Love watching the turkish love drama series. Similar story line of The girl named Feriha. When Emir and Feriha returned from the same mountain house after running away, there was also obstacles in their way. I guess turkish movies are filmed at same locations, most of it at least.

I love when he’s teaching her Italian…. ♥️ It’s so devastating when she leaves him. That was a brutal way to handle it! 😢 He mentions in a later episode that the last time he had cried was when she left him…

I am watching Strawberry Smell and, as far as I know, it goes in a different direction: no secret between the lead couple. They just hide their relationship, being from different classes. Besides, the male lead is good looking in my opinion, especially his smile, unlike Omer. In Mr. Wrong (same lead couple as Dolunay), there was also no secret between them. Just something Ezgi kept hidden for a short time but then told Ozgur about it. Besides, this was at the very end of the series. However, it might have turned into a bit of a drama to extend the storyline if the series hadn't been cancelled.
The fifth time I have watched this episode and each time I’ve begged Defne to not leave 😭😭

Then she would disappear from the Iplikcis' life and continue with her story and another lover.
Ömer might be back with Iz in Marseille or with Fikret in New York. His character no longer plays a role in Defne's life because, as would later turn out, he leaves Defne.
Well my heart breaks for both Omer & Sinan. Both are great guys & fell in love with Defne. I hate that 1 of them is going to be left out in cold. 😢

When they first get to the house on the hill, Omer says few people know about this place, Sadri comes. Defne then says now I am here, Omer says, yes you are one of my guests. To me he is saying you are one of my guests so that Defne won't think she is special because she is there, or maybe he is nervouse or something. But they go in he house and he practically proposes to her because he says he wants his houses to look like her. It's not a big deal. I've watched this series so much, I think I'm picking it apart. What do y'all think?
Maybe it's the English subtitles translation? Because later on he tells her she fits with the house. Its obvious Omer is in love ❤️ with Defne. I don't think he is someone to play with people's feelings. He didn't fall into Yasemin's arms because he has absolutely no interest in her, even with her off the wall flirting. This is my third time watching but I really like Season 2. 😊

Every time I watch this episode my heart goes out to Omer. It was so UNFAIR of Defne tp do that to him. She deserves whatever treatment she gets from Omer who doesn’t deserve this from her.
Neither of them deserve it. The biggest difference is that we know why Defne disappeared without explaining it to him and he is left in the dark. We will gradually see that Neriman does not consider the feelings of others. She is so greedy that she sees the consequences as collateral damage.

Sinan is so sweet ❤. He deserves a good girl. Actually, he is probably more compatible with Defne but there's such a beautiful chemistry between Defne and Omer.
Sinan is unlucky in the series because he falls in love with being in love. He jumps from one to the other depending on the situation. He therefore comes across as a bit unstable when it comes to relationships.

And now she couldn't tell Omer because their relationship is early: only a few days old. Omer would put an end to it and then she would be left with the 200,000 debt to Neriman that she had to pay. She would certainly be fired and the question then is where she would get the money to get rid of Neriman.
