I made this and it came out looking almost exactly like the video... and it was awful. It's like a quiche that has gone wrong. In fact I'm not sure what it's supposed to be, apart from a waste of eggs and yoghurt. I should have made myself scrambled eggs or an omelette and then ate the yoghurt. That would have been a nice meal... Instead I put them all together as suggested and the abomination that was created was bordering on the disgusting. Anyone commenting that they made it and how delicious it was, I'm convinced you actually regret making it and also want other people to suffer or you have no taste buds and the palette of a ravenous dog. Lol. I just made it. I added 2tbl of xylitol. I think somewhere it said to use sweetened yogurt so I sweetened it. I also subbed tapioca flour (2x) since that’s what i have on hand. I got impatient with baking time so switched in the oven fan that caused the cake to fall. Its cooling now. I plan to smother it with raspberries. Wish me luck. 😂

A quick amazing snack when you have extra yogurt is to just mix a few cookies or chocolate pieces in it with a little nut butter. Just eat it that way.

Isn't agar a substitute for gelatin? Totally different to cornflour.
