Hrithik was in good shape always from his debut movie, but for one particular movie (Super 30) he gained weight and went out of shape to play the character.
Hrithik has been working out on and off for almost two decades now and he has already been in such great shape quite a few times before. That is the reason he was able to get back to his abs just within a few months. Muscle memory as they call it. It won't be the same for beginners.
This is what is learned from this video is that Hritik was actually enjoying the transformation he was not doing it for a goal .. he was just living in the moment ..
He had to become unfit for the movie super 30 and that is why he is unfit before the movie war. Hritik never became unfit on his own , he has to be that for the different characters he plays in movies. He is very dedicated and hardworking actor. ❤️
That "classic Bollywood" song he was listening (at 11:38) to while getting ready was his own song from his very first movie (Kaho na pyaar hai). The name of the song is "Pyaar ki Kashti mai". You should react to it.
