    The most important things are the laws what can be owed on a property, A quiet title needs to be done and what could be owed after a quiet title. Example the Federal/ IRS can buy the house from you from what you paid within about 120 days doesn't matter what state you bought the house in. And the most important is redemption period. Never fix house until redemption period is over. Only matinence may be required if it is a deed. Meaning you have to keep up the property if it is a deed. People say this is no redemption period on a deed is the biggest lie. A lot of states allow people to buy the house back with a DEED. Example California Deed is not home clear after you buy it, Person can buy it back within 1 year. Plus you dont get money back for fixing the house. Most Deeds are very risky for this reason. What you want to do is look for the real Redemption period. Deeds and tax lien both have redemtion periods. Find tax deed and tax lien with the shortest true redemption. True redemption definition: When the buyer can no longer buy back the house.

      Nope....just that you don't owe taxes in that county!

      Yes, they publicize 21 days prior to the first Tuesday of the month.

    What are the pay options at an auction Credit Card ? Bag of Cash ? Online I assume an ACH Xfer ??

      @@marcw.5492 People take a variety of different cashier checks. $10k, $20K, $5K etc to the auction.
