Pwede po at depende ito sa performance. May mga nag start as service crew after a couple of years they got promoted. Pero they will send you to school. You have to complete the training course program like basic shift management, people handling, etc.

Well basically team leader ay katumbas ng crew chief sa Macdonlads Philippines at ang shift leader Parang shift manager meaning you already completed the shift management course program, As a shift leader you are able to run the shift or restaurant without supervision while team leader you supervise a specific area like kitchen station or service station.

Promotion base on performance review every six months, leadership, dependability attitude, being able to perform all crew station etc. Full time 8 hours duty paid break 40 hours weekly.
