Theoretical tips for word. : do multiplayer,weeks,omit, and of course,Hellion. Strategy : shoot enemy and drive to enemy, if you gona get hit activate omit

Sand : freeze yourself until fully charged to give you speed buffs while enemy given speed debuff
Overclock makes allow to stop charging any time (ex using First Stage of Grief ability from Witness)
Word : stop time when youre abt to get damage
Overclock only reduce cooldown tempo
Hint : allows you to summon ghost of enemy from the stage that existing
Oveclock reduced cooldown from 4s to 1s
And have 2 charges to summon 2 ghost
Jump : well jump and give i frames if you set it correctly
Overclock allows you attack while jumping

if you wanna get sand quick you can js use polaris, he's not hard to get if you use anti mother + halt to get him(technique is to use halt to always collide with him so that he can't damage you,if you're lucky you'll trigger the invincibility glitch and dont have to worry)

You need to beat the game under 10 minutes (on weeks plus you can't use turbo or overclock) it can be done with anything but visitor is the easiest
