Hi. How do I delete an unfinished track that is labeled: "Action needed"? Is there a way apart from contacting support? P.S. You do have an article about it, but there's not Bin icon there and the UI on the screenshot attached looks nothing like it is now on the website itself

Unfortunately, RouteNote does not support uploading lyrics with your release, however, the majority of stores will source the lyrics to your music from Musixmatch. To make it easier for stores to associate the right music with the right tracks, it's a good idea to become a verified artist and utilize their new release form: www.musixmatch.com/verify-artist musixmatch.typeform.com/to/mXc3Y5

To create a release, sign in to your RouteNote account, click on the 'Distribution' tab on the left, and then click 'Create New Release'. You will then be able to upload audio and artwork, insert metadata and choose your stores and territories. Your release will then be sent to the moderation team for review before your release is sent to your chosen stores. What if the track is released through some other distributing services?
Then you would need to contact the support team of that distributor to enquire how to remove a release.

You will need to reach out to our support team to request a removal. Only releases that have not been sent for review will have the bin icon.
