❗해보고 나서 쓰는 이렇게하면 좋아요❗ 밀가루 300그램이면 종이컵 꽉차게 3컵정도인데, 계란 3개는 모자랐습니다~ 10분 반죽할걸, 수분이 부족해서 40분을 사투를 벌인 끝에 물넣었더니 "이렇게나 쉬운걸..왜 미리 안 넣나" 싶었습니다😅 왕란이면 3개 될것 같은대 그냥 계란이면 4개 추천드립니다. 계란 향이 싫으시면 반죽하는 중간중간에 저처럼 물 살짝씩 부어주셔도 되구여~ 저는 올리브유가 없어서 식용유 넣었는데 그럭저럭 맛있었어요~ 소금도 1/4티스푼 정도 넣었는데, 괜찮았어요~ 그리고 쉬워보인다고 쟁반같은거에 하면 큰코 다칩니다... 도마도 비추천. 그냥 상 닦고 그 위에서 하시는게 편한듯.. 악력 쎄지 않으신 분들은 그래도 30분은 걸려요🥲 그럼 화이팅~
이 댓글 먼저 보고 방금 해봤는데 완전 공감했어요ㅋㅋ 작은 계란은 3개가 부족해요. 반죽 엄청 딱딱해서 힘들고..계란 한개 더 넣자니 질어질까봐 조금씩 물 부어서 하니 반죽이 매끈해졌어요. 저는 큰 도마 있어서 괜찮겠지 했는데 역시 이 댓글대로 할 걸 그랬어요ㅋㅋ 도마 밑으로 계란 흐르고 밀가루 떨어지고 난리 났어요. 그래도 이 댓글 본 덕분에 너무 당황하지 않고 잘 했습니다~!

@Scout the Spaniel As an Italian I agree, it does seem so, but I guess it's becouse he puts oil and salt in the recepie and oil does give more elasticity to the dough, otherwise the proportions of egg and flour in this recepie are just like for Italian egg noodles: 1 egg per 100g of flour. Actually, I'm curiose to try it out.

Very good! I love home made pasta. The first one you made that you rolled on the fork, is called Noqui. We make this home made back in my country. Mostly we make it with flour and mashed potato, that’s the original way for us, but some times we also add Parmesan cheese or we make it with ricotta cheese. The way you make it is very easy, i like it as well.😊❤

pero no es justa. Un uevo por hg de harina. ponerle el sal es opcional. nada aceite. con el aceite no te sale la masa justa, es más tierna y al momento de cocinarla te sale mal.

As an Italian, I can say that this dough is much softer than the correct texture of pasta dough.

As an Indian, it's good enough for me
The bigger problem is using fresh pasta for a heavy cream-based sauce, both are extremely rich, and the dish would be way too heavy and unbalanced.
