- Today we're going to take a look at the upcoming opposition between Venus in Cancer and Pluto in Capricorn. Now, this transit is not technically perfecting until August 9. But because we're moving into that three-degree engagement range, it should be building over the weekend, so I feel it's worth talking about before next week.

I love that you brought up maiden, mother, and the Underworld. As a soon to be 41 year old I decided very early I did not want children but I would nurture in different ways like the environment, animals, helping the "older wiser" generations, take care of my parents as they age (and grandparents) and my communities. Despite this it still comes back to the topic of "if you are a childless woman you have zero worth" making us, somehow, less valuable than women who do decide to have children. Edit: I am by no means offended if someone has or had issue with me choosing to not have children. I am simply stating my experience with others on the subject.
Also love spiritual advice number 1 and 3, I actually meditated with Pluto earlier who reminded me that it is perfectly fine to be my amazing dreamer self, but do not expect miracles to suddenly build my dreams. Be realistic, practical, go for it, oh, and love all those things you love!
Having children as one's SACRED DREAM, is for only 10% of the population of the earth. All others who are having children are doing so as they are out of balance in some manner. I personally have never ever heard nor been told I am any less than a woman who has had a child, & woe betide anyone who would have said such a thing in my hearing! Pure ignorance of Sacred Law. Study what is spiritually true, all the rest is just an attempt at control. It is your choice on what you are aligning your precious life upon.
Hi Amanda, I'm your age. I did want to have children, but never met the right person. Today I'm okay with that.
But I'm getting at something else. No matter what you do or how you do it, there are always people who tell you that there is something wrong with you.
I'm sure that there are women out there, who are disrespected and targeted in other ways and because of other reasons. Sadly enough, these struggles are often between women and not between men and women.
I firmly believe that it is time to reconnect with our sacred femininity. It is beyond any worldly paradigms.

@@Applepie910 Absolutely agree! It took me roughly 35 years to accept that not everyone will like me, my choices, lifestyle, or anything. I often heard growing up that I was doing something wrong, or my life was not practical enough due to others expectations. Which was very liberating, yay for Saturn and Pluto squares haha! I am currently reconnecting in the most amazing ways to my own sacred feminine. It is so so worth it.
I have just had huge arguments with my mother. I'm paralyzed, almost shivering. Immediately I remembered your video from yesterday. It's a power struggle that we've been fighting on and off for years. 😢 In the last 2 years I have been doing a lot of astrological work on my family dynamics. It's painful. Sometimes I doubt that true love, in the sense of non-toxic, is really possible within families. Sometimes I think a child's love for their parents is nothing more than a futile, desperate attempt to heal these toxic relationships. As in "please love me back". #grabbed my aunt, cousin and friend all came over last night to do some late night swimming. We got to drinking and my cousin brought up toxic things she remembered her mom doing as she was growing up. Such as breaking an exs car windows and that same ex coming into the house while they were sleeping to bother my aunt. We got to hear some many stories about her wild life and will be continuing again tonight. We decided to make this a weekly thing, to come together and just talk about the past. It was very healing for my cousin to clarify things with her mom as she saw her side and visa versa.

I just did this. My husband passed away & I moved in with my Son. I couldn't afford my big house alone. My kids won't live in country.

My husband is 95 and in a nursing home right around the corner from my house so I see him often and we will start the nursing home process for my sister probably within the next but in the meantime she will help with expenses because the Home costs $2000.00 per month

i've definitely been physically purging the last several days, lol. i ate the wrong foods and all the inflammation and pain came back. i was trying to eat at all, so i got prepared things i shouldn't be eating, to get the energy to make it to a point where i can cook again. but it definitely backfired on me. i'm back on track now, in that area at least, and the pain is going down.
i find it interesting the information you shared around abuse of women, and bringing it to light, and gaining catharsis and cleansing. i have a disability claim that has to be turned in by mid-month or i lose a lot of benefits that are desperately needed. part of this claim centers around ptsd from several sexual assaults i received when i was in my early 20s. i have to relive these by writing them out and sending it off in too much detail to be read by a stranger who will decide my fate. they will then likely need to talk to me while processing my claim and i will have to relive it again with them watching me as i struggle with the emotions. definitely feels fitting that with mercury entering virgo and this coming through, i'll be finally in the right spot to push through this uncomfortable task and be done with it so that i can finally move on with my life in a fresh new way.

Hey there from a fellow survivor. I’m sorry you’re having to relive it again. I’ve had to relive mine recently and so my mates and I are planning to have a fire on the full moon this week - harnessing the power of the full moon to transmute this energy. We do it a couple of times a year and it’s really helpful. Nothing big - just a small brazier fire. But very powerful. This transit hit me super hard and I was grateful for the heads up. My critical husband reached new heights of cruelty and contemptuously spewed some derogatory truths as well as false accusations at me and included threats of abandonment. It was eviscerating. Painful emotional times and several tearful sleepless nights in psychologically dark places. Fortunately we were able to hash out many issues and there seems to finally be a healing starting. There was also other family drama/gossip that popped up that entails what I care about and what I can do.
We laid my our mom to rest last weekend after a long, declining journey of dementia less than 2 years after suddenly losing our dad. My sister and I are clearing out her space. We are having to clear out my sisters retail shop and I have clearing out of my own business too. Focusing on breathing and healing ❤️

Venus in Cancer opposes Pluto in Capricorn: I was feeling very overwhelmed and ungrounded and went to visit my mother. At first I held it all in until she noticed I seemed distant and quiet. She asked if I was okay and I broke down crying and said no and told her all the reasons I was dealing with debilitating anxiety & fear. She hugged me and comforted me and said the next day we would go out in nature together and hike and canoe and forget about all the problems and open up to a higher wisdom to come in through our movement in nature. She also confessed she had also been feeling ungrounded and stir crazy lately. After our nature adventures we visited with my grandmother and cousin for dinner. My cousin is dealing with schizophrenia and is very unstable which had been creating instability & ungroundedness in our whole family- her mother, our grandmother, my mother, her (of course), and me. She said she is going to LA where my sister lives, who just quit her job to pursue fashion after years of fear she wasn’t good enough.. now most likely my cousin will try to live with her as she has with me, my mother, her mother, and our grandmother.. so we are having to make sure my sister doesn’t take her in, as she is already feeling uneasy with her recent career changes and it could easily sabotage her brave efforts at entrepreneurship.
Another way I am feeling this is that I had a final talk with my ex today. He has a Capricorn sun and cancer rising and I have a cancer moon. He said some hurtful things when we spoke last week and I waited for a while for him to apologize. It became apparent he meant it all- that he views me in an extremely toxic way. I told him I would like no contact and that if he truly sees me in that way, there’s no way he cares about me the way he says he does. It was really intense. I went home and sobbed for a half hour, then spent the day tapping into my inner child, trying to help her heal. Watched an old favorite TV show and began to paint her. Lots of intensity the last few days and I am hoping it cools down now. Thanks for your videos Acyuta, you are always a stabilizing voice to hear.
Venus conjunct Venus opposite Pluto conjunct my Moon. Officially in the spin cycle for the last week. Not to mention Jupiter conjunct Saturn, and the Mars Uranus North Node conjunction conjunct my midheaven 💥

#grabbed Venus-Pluto. During a night out with friends, we met a drunk woman. She was violent, and she was pretending to have a joint from us, screaming and speaking about her emotional needs. We didn't give her anything, and we tried to calm her down a bit because she was emotionally unstable at the moment. A man, however, was suspiciously sitting near her. At one point she screamed at him to leave her alone, and that she didn't want to come to his place. I was staring at him, and then, when I understood that the woman didn't want to leave us alone because she was scared of the man, we threaten him to call the police. After a few threats, he left.
We hope to have done the best for the woman, and that she arrived home safely.

#grabbed venus opposite pluto. My sister died due to overdose Sunday evening. My mother and I had to hand in hand, crying, walk through the night to the emergency to identify her body . Monday I come down with a stomach flu and start purging, through incredible pain and grief. In the midst of it, on monday night, I feel my sisters energy come to me, giving me healing and love, immediate pain relief both emotional and physical. My brother texts me in the morning of Tuesday and says he had felt her energy come to him in form of her laughter that he felt shook his soul to the core. My whole family has been in pain for two years since her relaps and now we're coming together in mourning and love while planning her funeral.
Actress "hospitalised with severe burns after crashing her car into a house. She is intubated but expected to live".
The actress (Ann Heche - prayers!) has Venus exactly on her MC at the time of the accident.

#grabbed The day this aspect perfected my stepson told me he hated me and he tries to love me but he doesn't know how. His biological mother was abusive and lost custody last year. He later told his father that he misses his biological mother and feels like he's abandoning her when he's close with me. He's definitely processing his parents divorce and his mother's abandonment and abuse and unfortunately I make an easy and safe target for his difficult emotions.
#grabbed This weekend I had a pop-up shop at a local art and music show. During the show, a man got rather drunk,(possibly other things as well), and as I was packing up my art to leave he approached my 7-year-old and made suggestive comments to him, and tried to bribe him with money. As we were loading in the car my son told me what had happened. I became enraged and went back into the venue to confront the man and end up getting into an altercation with him. (The other males at the show asked what was going on and the man got kicked out, and I went home with my son safely). Talk about the Mother and the Underworld.

My brother and I haven't spoken to my sister in a year but she currently lives with my parents. My brother visited as well. My parents kept nonchalantly inviting my sister to all of our vacation group activities. I had a lot of behind-the-scenes, back and forth texts with my Mom trying to ask her to please uphold my boundaries, since I had asked her ahead of the trip to please meet with us separately from my sister. I ended up telling her that I was fine having seen my sister a few times but didn't need to go from not seeing her for a year to seeing her everyday while I was trying to show my boyfriend my home. My boyfriend eventually noticed some tension so asked what was up and I had to reveal the past betrayals of my sister. Earlier that night, my boyfriend had been triggered by something else in his life (telling a story from a dark time) and ended up revealing to me that he had attempted to commit suicide a few years ago. It was at a time when he felt his family could not be there for him. He told me I'm the only person he has told and he was very emotional. He was then embarrassed thinking that he had overshared because we had been drinking. Overall, I think both shares brought us closer together though and were healing for us both.
Seems like for most people there were themes of drinking, darkness, betrayal, death, Moms, families and sisters.
My husband and I have zero outside help (not by choice or lack of trying to hire people, over several yrs) with our soon to be 5 yr old. He starts full day special needs (ADHD) kindergarten on Monday. We can’t wait to have alone time again. It has been a long 6 weeks since summer school was in session. I think this explains it! (#1)

I wasn't prepared for this to be as real as it was. How in the world.... I've been following astrology as if it was really something that was just a fancy, something which couldn't have a very big bearing on my life. But it hit today, very specifically, precisely as you said. I'm in awe, it was so powerful and it wasn't even anything I could have explained away as a self-fullfilling prophecy or anything. I wish I had headed your warning with more sincerity in my heart.
.... How is it that you decide which aspects are going to be the most powerful? There's a lot of planets aspecting each other at once; there's a lot of planets trining each other right now for instance. How was the Venus-Pluto transit singled out as significant enough to focus on as opposed to the others?
Trines are harmonious and indicate ease. An opposition is possibly the most powerful aspect so its effects would be more obvious and dramatic. It’s the difficult stuff we need to be aware of. If something’s pleasant that’s great we can just enjoy it but if something’s going to be quite stressful then a bit of advance warning is useful. Pluto is also quite ‘heavy’ as it involves bringing things to the surface and transformation so any opposition to Pluto would be worth paying attention to.

This Venus is on my 27° Sun and there is family 'urgh' going on.
I find this very appropriate.
For years now I've perused this distant connection with a man, heavy Scorpio with Capricorn Rising, who's most likely a Narcissist (and I'm not using this lightly - I've been studying NPD for decades). I've often thematised our connection around Hades and Persephone - I did an enormous effort to humanise him, but it's of course impossible; at the root of NPD is the lack of personal boundaries, which prevents the formation of a healthy self (or any self at all). The fact he has a Moon in Pisces doesn't help, while mine is in Cancer and Venus just passed over it.
My task is to stabilise myself while once and for all severing the relationship. It does feel like purging; it's as if he was the black mirror where I saw my shadow, and now Persephone must pull herself away from Hades altogether.
It can't be an easy time for him either, with Saturn at 21' Leo and NN at 23' Taurus.
I didn't quite understand where this "good woman vs bad woman ' and the violation of boundaries came from? These are themes closely related to Narcissism.
If you’re involved with a narc - get away. Lots of channels on You Tube to help you with that.
I think the other point is because Venus represents female archetypes and Pluto is about willpower, if I’m not mistaken.

I've been literally burning with this transit.
I just typed a message to a favourite artist, Sigurd Wongraven, also known as Satyr of the band Satyricon. The two core members of the unit are Satyr and Frost (Kjetil-Vidar Haralstad, drummer).
Interestingly, Satyr is Sagittarius and Frost - Cancer. I have Moon in Cancer and Ascendant conjunct NN in Sagittarius.
What's enthralling about this band is that they're defined by gradual evolution: from complexity of arrangement and classical influences, to sheer groove and minimalism, to trance - with the red and black thread of human experience they address, in their own words, "feeding the fire with the vile to let sincerity rule".
Their latest installment is music to an exhibition of Edvard Munch.

In the vortex of creation there are no perspectives. Desire is blind and without conscious direction.
I didn't know I'd express such "radical" notions. But men have always tried to extinguish my fire - those who failed to make the transition from boyhood to manhood by easing off into their feminine, in a world almost entirely virtual where initiation is long forsaken.
They only make the fire rage stronger. The feminine may be that uncontrollable fire, aiming not to scorch, but to engulf. A new life can't be born except through making oneself a sacrifice.
Isn't Man an expression - that of the anguish at the pyre? Isn't Woman a creator, and Man a contemplator of the miracle he sparked which he tries to hold true to form? But what is truth, other than life?
Why not share such thoughts with someone who evokes emotions such as "standing on a soft floor, open to be embraced".

I've walked with the wolf and not withheld - a salvation to my Persephone. Inadvertently, effortlessly, Satyr saves the spring and the feminine.
Holding true to his irony, Satyr doesn't exude sexuality.
A great artist doesn't use the audience to project unresolved libido - he invites the audience into the self-containing space where yin and yang and in endless motion.

I had a manic spiral yesterday and flipped out spilling some major tea on my estranged bio Mom & sister...I couldn't fathom this being the influence of Mercury in Virgo, I'm a sun & ascendant virgo. This Cancer opposing Pluto sounds much more like what induced me to behave like that. It was deserved but I'm also a grown woman that knows I need to move on. Is it possible this hit me that early?

That doesn’t work, she says. Want a crystal? No. This maiden is not trying to hear her mother. I’m laughing bc I chose not to cry and hope she’ll come around to some of the traditional knowledge passed down to us from our foremothers 🙏🏽
Your daughter may have strengths in different areas - for example science. If astrology teaches us anything it’s that everyone has unique gifts and a unique path.
She may, of course, come round to traditional ways later on in life, in her own time. Just do your own thing and let her see how successful it is for you. If she’s young she should really be trying out all sorts of different things. It would be a boring world if all us women just did what our mothers did. She needs to learn what works for her and what doesn’t.
I couln't sleep last night because I'm thinking about how a certain female friend makes me feel, she's very negative and neurotic i'm tossing up the two choices: telling her about how she makes me feel and or cutting her out. It's hard to bring up without simply ghosting huh.

Well, it's Monday 8th and I've had to call in sick at work due to conditions like mentioned in this vid. Not had anything like this happen for years and years.
My Ascendant is in Virgo @17 degrees and Pluto's transit through Capricorn and my 5th house, ever since Pluto was trine my Ascendant in 2017, up to this year and with Venus' Retrograde in Capricorn forming a conjunction with Mars and Pluto, as well as my Venus Return, was truly an initiatory experience. I have been to the Underworld and done the inner work. Even at this point in time with Pluto's Retrograde still forming a tight conjunction with my Natal Venus which is @26 degrees 56.' There is a review of what transpired the past 5 years. The Uranus transit in Taurus is trine my Ascendant, along with the North Node and my Natal Mars is @26 degrees 32', so I am experiencing a Mars Return on August 14th, which will square the Sun and Saturn. I have been called to take action in certain areas in my life. I have Jupiter @26 degrees of Aquarius and my Moon@19 degrees of Aquarius. So, your reference to Venus in Cancer and how it correlates to the Moon, however the Moon on this particular day is in Capricorn. Funny how that brings Saturn into the mix even more, as it rules Capricorn and Aquarius. The heart wants what it wants, what you love and value should not be denied, but embraced.

last night I sat down to watch something on utube with my 11yr old son. And I expected him to choose some comedy show but he only kept pointing at any video that was intense like something about death and about visiting sick ppl on their last days of life and offering them their last wish etc afterwards he had hard time falling asleep and told me he’s dreaming of death and can’t sleep.
Later at night I was looking for my rabbit, I couldn’t find him I thought he might be dead and I got nervous and searched all over , few min later I found him in a small room and realized he was locked up in there all day without food or anything , I felt terrible but grateful he wasnt dead. That was a little scare.
This gives me Megan Fox and MGK vibes. The dude is bonkers and Megan is only being dragged down by the drama. Old Megan would NEVER approve of what new Megan is doing

#GRABED alright here is your grab story for this if you don’t already have one. I went camping with my little sister for her 25th birthday this past weekend. It was me my boyfriend my lil sister her boyfriend and her best friend Alex and her good friend anistasia. On the way her boy friend drove his car and mine drove my car. Her boyfriend said he drives fast so asked us to meet them at the base of the camping area where we assumed there would be service… there was not.we get there before my sis and start to panic that we won’t be able to find each other cause it’s dark and we assumed that they would be at the camp site already but they weren’t so we thought we went to the wrong one because it didn’t make sense to be so damn far from the hot springs that is until my sis pulls up… we’ll she is pissed off he is agitated and we think it’s cause they drove around searching for us… we get to the campsite this is Friday by the way. And it’s hella dark… I brought a ton of lights so it was fine but my sis and her friends didn’t bring any and her boyfriend brought a Tesla coil to power his led lights… which why someone thinks led lights are a good idea for camping I have no damn idea about… but he is super high and can’t make anything work for what he said he would instead he is literally playing with his toy…as the weekend progressed I found out that he wasn’t driving on acid and almost killed my little sister seven times.which is why they all stated that I would be driving everyone home and he would pack his car with all our stuff… well he ended up ignoring her all weekend and taking everyone’s things and trashing and or losing them then he ended up telling her Brest friend that he was going to break up with her after the weekend… which he told her he was going to Marry her the weekend before this… then he breaks up with her and is too high to figure out that he needs to stay in his tent he tore his air mattress out of the tent and then begged her to listen to him while he told her he was sorry and that he will do better followed by he hates me and I am no longer allowed anywhere near him I.e. their future trips and wedding… my lil sister told him to get away from her that won’t work and told him to leave. He refused to leave until I stood up and kicked his ass out. My boyfriend showed his anger towards the best friend that was there earlier in the weekend. He also got pissed at me cause the second night I didn’t come to bed with him. Anisatia cried half the time and she had no idea why she was. My lil sister was shattered and in shock…we get home finally after having to pack up in 100 degree weather. And my sis doesn’t go home cuz it was yeah no she didn’t go home… later that night on Sunday night her boyfriend called me and left a voice mail telling me he will remove me from this world if I ever get between him and my sis again… followed by I need to listen better (I.e. follow his direction blindly no matter what) and that if I ever come around him he will end me… yep… oh and one of my friends was in Vegas at a pool league tournament and his ex girlfriend switched his flight home so he would miss it then she locked him out of iCloud account and shut off his phone leaving him stranded in Vegas… he is still there
Hhhhmmm, I wonder if having my venus in cap and being a 0° Capricorn rising, placing cancer in my 7th, is going to emphasize this?
