This right here is my gym. Been going there since April 2023. Best gym I’ve ever been to. First thing is the staff, super welcoming from day one. They’re all super knowledgeable and if you have any questions about anything, they’re happy to help. If you want some assistance, doing an exercise to failure, they will help. Next thing has mentioned is the cleanliness. Amazingly clean and I’m pretty sure they have a schedule for when they mop the floor because they do it multiple times a day. The equipment is so smooth. And the last thing is the owners. Both Iris and Hide, aside from being champions, our great people. They’ll always say hello and introduce themselves to you. They’re more than willing to answer advice you may have. They do offer personal training sessions as well. Happy to be a member of this gym and will continue to be a member of this gym for a long time

When visiting Maine, I know that Jacked and Jilled is a great choice. But there’s a gym in Brunswick called Ship City Fitness that continues to better itself. It’s a great, small gym with lots of potential.
Recommending iron titans and Fitness Culture in St George UT. Not 100 percent sure their guest pass policies as I’ve always been a tag along but both are solid!
You should check out The Ohio gym, it's located in sheffield ohio it's a kinda tight but good gym, old school, and very friendly staff it's my second gym with the first being PF It's a beautiful gym ngl
its a smaller powerlifting focused gym that has tons of specialized bars, power racks, deadlift platforms, and bench racks! also has dumbbells up to 170 i believe!
Dude if you are ever in Central Florida I got 2 for ya to check out. Deb's Gym and All American gym in Lakeland Florida. Some of the strongest and largest lifters in Florida and the Nation Cane from these 2...... Also, Legoland is really close too 😉
Yeah!! Powerlifting has more specific equipment. Platforms, benches and cages for heavy squats and plates. Even the bars and such - it’s a whole world. Bodybuilding is more your traditional workout equipment and is way more standard
