Fifth Harmony used to be one of them until Camila left and the record label dropped all the promotion that they had put behind them and put that effort into Camila’s solo career. And even though 5H was a successful act they had a HORRIBLE contract. Epic might have some good names under them but I wouldn’t trust them to treat them respectfully and just as ways to make money. Edit: also didn’t Michael Jackson speak out a couple of times in his career about being treated badly by his record label? Man, if a big star like Michael Jackson can’t even be treated properly by his record label I would never even want to come close to that record label.
Linda Ramirez yea and as an independent artist it’s hard cause you need the resources to, so she had to go out and try to find sponsors. If there’s no sponsor she can’t keep moving. Now that she’s with epic records she’ll get the resources, but they will have the final word on when to release.
She recently did an interview with Zach Sang and she acknowledged that she was very inconsistent with putting out music before so that's why she's been putting her music and music videos more back to back now.

I know a lot of people won't know this, but her work on K/DA - POP/STARS (ft. Madison Beer, (G)I-DLE, Jaira Burns (the league of legends k-pop style song from late 2018) was great, and reached a lot of people in the gaming world, many loved the song and the visuals.

jessica I think people say a person only has their looks going for them when they lack the potential to succeed in other areas. Kinda like all the insta models that wanna be female rappers, but can’t rap. Honestly Madison just doesn’t have it IMO, every time I see her in interviews or singing I say “she would be better off modeling for fashion nova”. Not saying all she has is looks but her music is just meh and she doesn’t have the wow factor like we get form Ariana G, Normani, Lady G, etc. also societies standard of beauty has always been blonde hair, 6ft, and blue eyes so I highly doubt it’s her looks that keep people from rooting for her. But her lack of start potential. That’s just how I see it. 🤷🏾♀️
Maskara H It’s okay have an opinion about her and her music, but there’s also plenty of people that disagree with you and love her as an artist. She’s just barely begun in her singing career as an adult, with time she’s shown significant improvement, and I think she’ll continue to grow. But the point is even if you don’t like her music, it’s a very disrespectful thing to say an artist has nothing but their looks “going for them,” because at the end of the day that’s just your opinion, and it’s pretty hurtful to the person you’re speaking about.
Kyra Nicole I know she has a fan base but I think the majority of listeners just aren’t interested in her. If people were she would be a bigger star at this point. She’s been in the music industry for a while now and still hasn’t popped off yet, and that’s not a good sign. She’s kinda like Zara Larson, Charli xcx, and Rita Ora, they have decent fan bases but that’s not enough for bigger success. I wish her success in anything she choose to do, but I still think music isn’t the best career option for her. And I suppose you are right about people saying she’s nothing more than looks. It’s a very nasty thing to say.

I actually really love her music. She definitely has come into her own sound with dear society, hurts like hell and good in goodbye. I think it’s kinda sad that everyone focuses on her looks (even if she is gorgeous) because people don’t think she deserves her fame. Her music has improved so much! I would not go back and listen to her old song (before as she pleases), but I do play her new song pretty often. I do think her songs do miss something. I think many of her songs don’t have a strong bridge, witch is my personal favorite parts of a songs.
