I'm almost 50, and now I'm doing neutral grip pull up only because I believe pronated grip pull up is prone to shoulder injury. On the other hand, chin up lets my arms too dominant, so yeah, neutral grip is my preference for now
Chin ups - Neutral - pull-up From easiest to hardest But truthfully whatever you work on the most will be the easiest… a lot of calisthenics guys actually have better pull ups numbers than chin ups
