Hey Josh !! I just tried the Titaner S1, that I just received. I too had the issue with the loading posts being small. Makes the loading a bit risky at times. Good to see you did the dome with it. I wasn't that brave especially on a 1st shave. My thought was that a GEM mated with a Cyber Truck. That's what piqued my initial interest was that the head looked like it might be for a GEM blade. Too funny, I just commented on Ken Surfs video on this razor! I'm sure that angle is fine for head shavers and women shaving their legs, but it probably will too steep for some shaving their neck. The new Pearl has the same issue. If you got big thick hands and a big body, there's probably going to be interference issues with the handle. I'd like to see some sort of grip on the handle or knurling for wet hands also. I also wonder seeing such a big head how that will work under the nose, as people have had issues with razors with similar sized heads. It's an interesting design for sure and we'll see on what the final razor comes out like. Take care Buddy!
Honestly I think the steep angle helps get it into tight spots, and also helps with finding the angle. Grip wise - the machined finish and the edges on the side actually keep it from getting to slippery - but you're spot on - it's pretty thin and won't be as nice for the chonky hands of many of us guys. It's actually a recommendation I suggested to them - like a 2.0 handle for face shavers / larger handed guys. Like I said, if almost feels like the Leaf, like a tool actually perfect for head shaving, but limited by size and length for face and neck (something I struggled with my Leaf for a long time). I also think blade loading could be improved with bigger pins. Overall I like the concept, hopefully, we see some tweaks 👌

Hahahaha 😂🤣😂🤣 Gem with a DE, this really made me LOL Not many guys out there can comment on that hahahah I would say it's just as fiddily to load with the pins being so small, but the shave feels more organic since it's meant to be in there. It's a very smooth razor - and the angle feels unlike almost anything I've tried. Like a Leaf that doesn't pivot kinda angle, just without the leaf arch. It's crazy to see a company going from like wallets and key rings to Razors - but I am all for it! Seems like they are designing a one of a kind type of shaver!
@@SubieShaves Yeah it's definitely a unique design and looks cool. Any battle you do will be interesting. I would put it up against any that are similar in either angle or se razor.
Very interesting for sure subie! I have seen this razor advertised on social media. The head is almost Gem esk in ways until they threw in those angles. lol I was curious if they handle telescopes or not. I assumed it was a DE blade given the side of the head. Interesting it’s only half a blade. I figured you could spin the DE blade to the other side when 1 side it toast. The only SE that has my interest right now is the redesigned Blackland Sabre Gem with adjustable safety bar! Have a good weekend & impressive pictures & editing is top shelf as always!

With the shape and size of the head I'd think it would shave very similar to the Leaf in and around those spaces. Imagine loading just the bottom blade of the leaf and that is pretty close to the dimensionsn - atleast in my opinion.
Looks cool and probably ok for head shaves but I think the Leaf Twig will be better for face shaving and definitely better at getting into tight places like under the nose. Sorry dawg, its a no from me 😂
