Afterwards, he leaves the bathroom and probably just goes home. Then Rich sets the house on fire.....no one’s dead, but Rich ends up on the hospital with some burns. So then the Squip basically tries to Squip everyone, and in the end Michael saves the day, and he and Jeremy become best friends again. They have no interaction after Michael in the Bathroom until The Play, and in between Jeremy’s dad goes and talks Michael into being selfless and trynna help Jeremy (“The Pants Song”). So Michael almost immediately forgives Jeremy (bff of the century right?) and Jeremy kinda apologised and they’re best friends again by the end. Jeremy realised he was being a jerk and yeah, then they’re best friends again. You can look up the script btw, it’s online.
The way Michel looks at Jeramy when he notices him... BOYF RIENDS! (They also dance together! And hold hands! And ruffle Jeramy’s hair! CUTENESS OVERLOAD!)

Here, Jeremy's somewhat excited for the new day, which to me, matches the audio more.
