Drying grass to feed livestock in winter. Manual cutting and its curious storage

Until a few years ago, almost all the meadows surrounding the towns of the Pyrenees were planted with rye. Little by little grass replaced cereal crops, but the traditional ways of cutting, transporting and storing this food for animals were on the verge of disappearance in 1994. This year I was able to recover in San Juan de Plan (Huesca) some of the activities related to weed.
