    Worked at the Four Seasons Toronto and met Mr. and Mrs. Sharp on multiple occasions. Humble and very unassuming couple!!

    My first experience was the Four Seasons Los Angeles in 1989. My thought was, The best is yet to come. 💚💚❤❤

    I had the pleasure of working at Four Seasons corporate office, heading marketing planning for the organization in the mid-1980's, after starting my career with them as an intern in 1980. I can say the values and strategy of the company (which underwent a radical transformation from 1978 to 1981) are exactly what Issy communicates here.
    A true visionary and thoughtful rule breaker, who always had a laser focus on the guest experience.
    I'll never forget him telling a prospective owner who was questioning the generous staff comp-stay policy that the housekeepers were the most important staff members in the organization and that experiencing the product as a guest allowed them to understand the critical importance of attention to detail, a smile, or an unsolicited offer of assistance.
    The reality was (and is) that most of the staff, including middle and many upper management, are not the target clientele of the brand - especially when it comes to individuals spending their own money and paying via their employer's expense account...

    #1 Four Seasons fan here. When I'm forced to stay at another property, like I did recently in Rome because there's no FS property there, you see the difference in service between a Four Seasons and other 5 star hotels. I'll be taking my family to your properties in Jakarta and Bali later this month, and I'm sure they will be great!

    God, I love Four Seasons hotels so much! And I’ve already been to many FS hotels! If you give me a stay in my favorite FS Kuwait hotel, I will be even happier!
