The free spinning shifter allows for an added feature. It will automatically go to "park" if you exit while it's in gear. It's actually insane how often people do that.
Yes! I’m also a big fan of the Tremor Maverick too! I plan on getting the Lariat model with the engine button that has the ecoboost turbo engine soon. Also the rotary shifter, yeah I understand that you don’t like how it spins, and the steering wheel too, but to me, well I don’t mind it lol. Awesome video Topher!
The Tremor Package is great, it's awesome in it's own way. But I couldn't swallow losing 2,000 lbs of towing capacity from 4,000 lbs total, for that reason I'd get the FX4 Package instead. Just about all single axle utility trailers have a total G.V.W.R. Rating of 2,995 lbs which is very useful for those kinds of trailers that most people would be towing for everyday use.
Shifter should have been located betwen displays as set of elevated vertical buttons easy for finger reach or some lever instead of knob on central console....

2.0 Ecoboost is a solid engine. My friend has one with 167k miles zero issues so far and really good power, make sure to change your oil on time!
