Danny you passed through my neighborhood in the Washington DC waterfront driving past my apartment building. The tall round top building you passed was the US Capitol building and the Washington Monument. You could not see the White House from your vehicle.

I live 20 minutes from the tunnel of Baltimore. Show the Guyana people water on top and you travel under the water. Everyone love to see that in Guyana. Beautiful

Love the road trip i drive to New York from Atlanta and back by myself I hate the Carolina's especially North too long I found a shorter route that cut them out
Man I do that trip atleast once a year straight drive and around 17 hours too. The famous I-95, lots of memories on that road. I live in NJ so it's about 30 minutes shorter than NY. I wonder if your kids will want to do that trip again. My kids did it with me when they were little because they had no choice but they don't want to hear about it now. They say it's too far...lol. Denny I have to say this will be a treat for people living in Guyana and who never did a road trip from Florida to NY. Bai you are the best when it comes to showcasing different places. I never document this trip like this except for a few pictures. Yes George Washington bridge links NY and NJ. That bridge before you get to NJ was probably the Delaware bridge. That first bridge before NY was Goethals bridge in NJ then Verrazano bridge linking Staten Island to Brooklyn NY ...... You did a fantastic job my man !

Safe travels to you and your family, the bridge from NJ to Staten Island was the Goethals Bridge and from Staten Island to New York was the Verrazano Bridge. Safe travels back to Florida

The bridge to the right is for the train and the you are on is the 14th Street Bridge. Crossing into DC.
Your commentary is interesting and funny. Although you pass 2 miles from my house you could have stopped and gotten a tour of DC.
