I have and for me not saying it will be the same for everyone but it helped a lot with my acne and my face was more shiny I say give it a shot but if scared to, you can put it on a small spot of your skin to see if it does anything for you

I do and it's one of the best things I am currently doing for my skin. I use a cheap brand. I use it on my face, knees, elbows. I want to start using it all over my body. I add it to a spray bottle. I prefer this method of application to using a cotton pad. Then allow it to dry.
