Cooked delicious sauté vegetables with dinner

Cooking some delicious sautéed vegetables to go with my Jamaican dinner menu. It’s so easy and simple spinach, sweet peppers, carrots, mushrooms, garlic powder , black pepper, salt and I boiled some ocre and then added it later and stirred in the sauce and it just taste delicious. Also I used coconut oil to sauté the vegetables.
