Im a proud Maritzburg College oldboy (class of 09). I''ll always be grateful to my parents for providing with such an opportunity. I crossed paths with so many talented world class sportsmen. It was great seeing Dave and the Kriel twin brothers develop during my school years. Unfortunately I never got to meet Joel Stransky, Butch James, Peter Grant and Kevin Pieterson, they had already matriculated. Great footage from eNCA!

@@lezilhendriks945 Hey! 🙋‍♀It was beyond lovely, truly. Having grown up a tomboy in unisex schools I was dreading an all girls' school but it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be.

Brian Irvine was a Junior Bok and Bok selector. An ex Head boy of College. Led the Sharks back in the day. Don’t forget the people that gave back.

Springboks....A springbok is an antelope native to South Africa, it is also the national animal of South Africa and a name given to the South African national rugby team

If such a school boy system exists in football it will be up yo yhe coaches and players and parents.
Play to learn yhe basics... the rugby players love playing rugby. The money comes later ...too much emotional emphasis on money and material wealth is a handicap in football.
