It's 150 for the combine cost of caulfields, 250 for the glowing mote 150 to combine which is probably where you got confused about the 400

I think there aren't many adcs who can fight pantheon. At best sivir can block a w stun but not the auto, quinn wins with her E but she's a top laner, and draven+vayne e can give them enough peel to burst out enough damage to kill.
