Since the questions also states full-body and toast aromas, I would add: * (extended) lees contact which adds toasty / biscuit aroma's to the final wine * MLF giving a silky, milky texture to the wine (typical in premium oaked Chard.). Besides a higher alcohol content, MLF also results in a more full-bodied mouthfeel
@@clockztickin Phenolic texture is the term that is used to explain tannins in white wines. When you do WSET SAT tasting, there is no points for tannins.
