My Singing Monsters is a 2012 video game franchise developed by Big Blue Bubble and published by Canada Media Fund. The first game of the series was released on September 4, 2012 for Apple iOS. Ports of the game for other operating systems were later released, including versions for Android, Amazon Kindle Fire, Barnes & Noble Nook, and Steam. The game was also released on the PlayStation Vita portable console. Since its release, My Singing Monsters has grown into a multimedia franchise, with a prequel, several spin-off games, books, live events and series, and a board game. On May 12, 2021, Big Blue Bubble announced that the series would be releasing its first console title, My Singing Monsters: Playground, on November 9, 2021.

Apparently mimics tracks were outtakes and not meant to be used. But the monster handlers used them (without Dave's knowledge) and we got this goofy goober. So it was probably Dave having fun.

Honestly I wasn’t expecting Wubbox to be so dang good here. This is an amazing update to Fire Oasis
Sound is cool but animation sucks, I hope they fix it and make it more fluid in the future. Also, it does not particularly fit, feels out of space a bit.

@@Ffroegg compare it to plant island Wubbox which I consider to be the model, it's just so different in the worst way possible
The wubox animation is different but I like it they put so much more movement in it personally I like more movement better
I guess due to how few instruments there are in the song it is much easier to find a place for wubbox to play in and not make it sound overwhelming
I was so worried Fire Oasis (my favorite Island) was gonna be ruined but it’s even better now

Wubbox animation looks so fanmady probably its the only monster that takes the most effort to animate.
Mimic is here for a good time and I love it, and I wasn't expecting it to mimic Gobbleygourd! They sound great together. Love Mimic's sound in MSM over DoF, too.
I think Wubbox is gonna take some getting used to. Personally I actually liked this island's very little percussion and it's pretty jarring, but honestly it's not as bad as I expected. It's slow and adds a nice power. It's just such a jumpscare lol.
Edit: I THINK MIMIC IS SAYING CA-CAW INSTEAD OF HUZZAH omg that's so cute. I love this funky parrot. Little guy.
Wubbox sounds incredible on Fire Oasis but why it's animations look so Fan-Made-ish? 😭😭

ive noticed that over time, the animations have gotten a lot more exaggerated, not just for wubbox but every monster
I would say birds of a feather really do flock together (referencing Gobbleygourd and Mimic of course) but Mimic sadly doesn’t have wings to flock with

Gobblygourd does have wings, BUT, it can't fly as seen in shanty.

I love how silly mimic is when it's singing. I love it so much and how its eyes move around. And i love that wubbox sound. Did you notice wubbox made a small "clubbox like" sound?
WUBBOX IS SO GOODDDD
Wubbox never fails to make me jump out of my seat (metaphorically and literally.)
They are both good, Mimic brings some more sounds during mamotts verse but is quiet, and wubbox brings some good precusion and isn't totally overwhelming like a couple of his latest entries (cough cough, fire haven, cough cough)
I actually love this wubbox's addition to the song
Wubbox and Mimic are quite good. But what I love the most is the music that plays when you’re on the map.
It is truly one of the best, most beautiful pieces of the MSM soundtrack.

Fire owasis was probably my least favorite island in the whole game and this update has completely changed that for me, I used to only like the ending and thought the rest of the song sucked, but wubbox and mimmic fixed every part that suffered from repetition

Mimic has the weirdest rig in my opinion, and I love it.
I'm so happy wubbox doean't suck here. It has a tendency to throw in random triplets and melodies that don't really fit the part of the song (ie fire haven, ethereal island, etc) but they nailed it with this one
